KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot
I literally ate for an entire hour nonstop, because the food is just incredible at this hip newer spot to eat in Midland, Texas! KPOT has all that you are looking for in a restaurant, attentive service, amazing food, a wonderful selection, a clean environment, all you can eat portion sizes, and a fun experience.
Unlike most restaurants where you have a chef cook your food for you, at KPOT you cook your own meal! I know that doesn’t seem like that would be a fun thing, cause honestly one of the things I love about eating out is not having to cook that night. Hear me out though!
The way Hot Pot works is you pick a broth, that broth is put in a pot located on a tiny stove in front of you. You then pick what you want to put in that broth from a LARGE variety of meats, seafoods, veggies, and other ingredients. Once you pick your ingredients, you place them in the hot broth for it to cook. Once it is done cooking, you can eat it.
While you are eating you can add more to the pot and order more ingredients! It is a non-stop cycle of continually cooking and eating the most delicious Asian food you have ever had!
The BBQ is practically the same cycle just with a griddle in front of you instead of a pot of broth. The food is just divine and you are never really just waiting for food! Did I mention it is all you can eat!? SO GOOD!

Sapporo Ramen & Grill
Sapporo is another great all you can eat Asian food experience. Instead of all you can eat BBQ and Hot Pot though, it is all you can eat sushi and ramen! This beautifully designed restaurant has a modern Asian vibe to it. A dark layout accented with the bright red Chinese lanterns. Now that you are in the Asian vibe, lets talk about the experience.
As you are seated you are given a menu front and back filled with options! There is so much to choose from, there is just no way to try it all; but trust me you will want to! Veggie Rolls, cooked rolls, raw rolls, sushami, sushi, ramen, noodle soups, and everything else in between. Like I said it has SO many options.
From the menu you will select a few at a time and then just keep on ordering. It is such a pleasant experience with delicious rolls and ramens!

Crisp Garden Korean Cuisine
If you want authentic Korean Food, Crisp Garden is the best restaurant for you! As you walk into this tiny restaurant, the first thing you see is a bubble wall of toy fish. So Asian!! Unlike the last to restaurants I have mentioned, this local eatery is small and pretty plain. Not much too it, but that does not apply to the food!
All sorts of soups, ramens, Korean fried chickens, fried rice, and of course Bibimbap! If you have not had Bibimbap you have to try it! A hot stone bowl full of delicious veggies and meat will be placed in front of you still sizzling and cooking while you eat it. It is SO good!

Kungfu China Express
Welcome to our favorite Chinese takeout in Midland, Texas! If we are in a hurry to grab some food, this is where we go! My kids love it because they always get free suckers every time we go! This is an express restaurant so the experience is similar to that of Panda Express. There is a selection of premade stir fry dishes, you pick the options you want, they scoop it up, and then you eat it!
Besides being delicious, one of the reasons we love Kungfu China Express so much is the portion sizes! They fill those take out boxes so much that they have to squash it down to actually close them! Definitely get your money’s worth for a delicious meal!

Chinese Dumpling
Best Asian express is Kungfu Express, best sushi is Sapporo, best Korean is Crisp Garden, best all you can eat is KPot, now onto best dumplings; which is Chinese Dumpling! Located on Andrews Hwy, you won’t see this tiny little restaurant unless you are looking for it. Trust me, you will want to look for it!
It has the best selection of dumplings in town and they are served straight out of bamboo steamers. Forget the rest of the menu, I just could feast on their dumplings all day long!

Noodle House
Everyone loves a dinner and a show, and that is what you will get at the Noodle House. Okay I guess not quite a show, but while you are eating you can watch as the chefs make the noodles and dumplings fresh. You can watch them make your food the entire time through the glass window.
Did I mention they make the noodles and dumplings fresh!? It is amazing to watch the throw around and pound the dough, somehow it turns from a giant ball into long strips of noodles that they twirl around. Like I said, dinner and a show. Such good food too!

Grand Buffet
I already mentioned all you can eat sushi and all you can eat hot pot, well Grand Buffet is just all you can eat Asian food! I know that Asian buffets are not for everyone and I get it, except when it comes to Grand Buffet! This is my kids favorite restaurant of all time!
They have about 6 booths of food, 1 booth of breads, 1 booth of deserts, 1 booth of Mongolian grill, 1 of sushi, and an ice cream machine! SO MUCH FOOD! There is such a great variety and the food actually tastes really good. Surprisingly too for an Asian buffet, it is very clean and well taken care of.

Fujiyama Sushi
Midland doesn’t really have any bodies of water, so eating sushi while on a boat isn’t really an option, but you can eat the sushi on a boat. Fujiyama has a special way of serving their sushi. If you order the right dish, your sushi will be laid out on a large wooden boat and set on your table to enjoy. Such a cool way to eat your sushi!
But….if you are just lookin for a sushi roll for dinner this is a great place to find it. The selection of sushi rolls isn’t just 2 or three different rolls, we are talking pages upon pages of sushi rolls to pick from! Not only do they have rolls, they have noodles, spring rolls, rice dishes, and every other combination you can think of.

Kokomo
We Americans love our corn dogs, but the Korean definition of a corn dog is unlike anything you will find in an American grocery store. It is the same basic concept of a sausage deep fried, but instead of just sausage the true delicacy of these corndogs is being stuffed with cheese. Brilliant right!?
You have the selection of having this cheese or sausage covered in breading or if you want to get crazy; flamin hot Cheetos or potatoes! So unique! Not only can you get Korean corn dogs, you can also have some mochi donuts for desert.
This restaurant is located near Lowes in Midland where the old Which Which used to be. They did a great job flipping it to give a beautiful Asian vibe. You can feast on your corn dogs and donuts while relaxing under a giant cherry blossom tree!
